    1. Timeframe & Eligibility

    You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
    To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

    2. Non‑returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned:

    • Gift cards
    • Sale items marked Final Sale

    3. Damages & Issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception.
    If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately.
    In these specific cases, BenRangé™ covers the return shipping costs.

    4. Standard Returns (Non‑defective items)

    If you simply change your mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    A downloadable and printable return label will be provided.

    5. Exchanges

    We accept exchanges for unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

    6. Refunds

    Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
