This website is operated by BenRangé™. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BenRangé. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
2. PRODUCTS AND SAFETY DISCLAIMER (TOYS)
Our products include wooden toys and home organization solutions.
• SAFETY WARNING: While our toys are designed with safety in mind, adult supervision is always recommended when children are playing with toys. Small parts may pose a choking hazard for young children.
• BenRangé™ shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the misuse of our products or lack of supervision.
3. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) or US Dollars (USD) depending on your location. We accept major credit cards and secure payment methods provided by Shopify Payments.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our Shipping Policy is an integral part of these Terms.
• Delivery times provided are estimates. BenRangé™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
• Risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective).
• Personalized items and Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no case shall BenRangé™, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
