Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship across Canada and to the United States. We are working on expanding to more countries soon!

Q: How long does shipping take? 
A: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3 to 9 business days within Canada, and 5 to 8 business days to the United States.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: We process orders very quickly (usually within 24 hours). If you need to make a change, please email us immediately at contact@benrange.com. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot modify it.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey.

Q: What is your return policy? 
A: You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for a change of mind.

Q: What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
A: We are sorry to hear that! Please email us at contact@benrange.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
1. Your order number.
2. Photos of the damaged product and the packaging.
We will find a solution for you immediately.

Q: Are your wooden toys safe for children?
A: Yes. Safety is our priority. Our toys meet strict standards (REACH certified) and are made from smooth, durable wood and non-toxic paints. However, we always recommend adult supervision during play.

Q: How should I clean the toys and baskets? 
A: For wooden toys, simply wipe them with a dry or slightly damp cloth (do not submerge in water). For our cotton rope baskets, spot cleaning by hand is recommended.
